Michael Sheaffer combines an extensive engineering background and many years of corporate sales & marketing experience in his current role with The Holly Gross Group at Prudential Fox & Roach in West Chester. Mike brings a valuable knowledge base to his real estate career. Clients will find that he possesses a unique set of skills that provide a deep understanding of a home's facilities and features, which allow Mike to match (both) sellers and buyers expectations.

Mike was born and raised on a country property in southern Lancaster County. He grew up with horses: showing; trail riding; foxhunting; and 50 mile endurance riding. Those boyhood activities gave him a lifelong appreciation for open space and a deep understanding of land stewardship. He attended Drexel University. After graduation with an engineering degree, he received a Masters Degree on a full scholarship at Ball State University.

He spent the next 30 years working in high-tech companies. Mike was Director of Engineering for one of the world's largest providers of semiconductor assembly equipment. He spent a year living in Tokyo, where he managed engineering projects for Japanese customers. His experience with clients in Japan, and throughout Asia, initiated his career in Marketing. Mike was Director of various product groups and corporate marketing for 20 years. Using his engineering knowledge, Mike was able to create various products' image, positioning, and visibility on a global level. He was also corporate sales account manager for two global customers.

Mike and his wife Linda have successfully balanced their corporate careers and their ongoing passion for their equestrian lifestyle. They previously owned and operated Hidden Springs Equestrian, a boarding and training facility in Bucks County. Mike has extensive experience in buying and selling personal residences, allowing him to combine his business savvy, love of farms & country properties, and his marketing expertise. The result is a professional Realtor who thoroughly understands the needs of buyers and sellers as they endeavor to achieve their Real Estate goals.

He currently lives in Radnor Hunt Country with his wife Linda, a young son Matthew, their horses & pony, and two dogs.
