About Linda Day

A Personal Glimpse . . . .

Linda has been working with the Holly Gross Group since 2002. She began working in marketing and advertising for the group prior to getting her real estate license. Prior to that Linda worked in the corporate world for 20 years in marketing and sales for a high-tech company. Throughout her long career she receiving numerous awards and recognition.

Throughout her life Linda has bought and sold numerous homes - from single residences and investment townhomes to large horse farms. Her passion for houses and her hope that she could help others realize their dreams led her to real estate. Her personal experience in many real estate transactions in both buying and selling enables her to truly identify with her clients.

Linda provides clients caring, personalized service and works to ensure a successful, enjoyable and profitable real estate experience. Among her strong points are taking time to educate the buyer or seller (especially those experiencing these transactions for the first time) on what to expect during the home selling or buying process. She provides sound guidance and recommendations to help guide her clients negotiations and decisions. With a Masters in marketing and extensive experience in real estate marketing, Linda is able to help buyers understand the hidden value in properties and sellers to effectively market their homes.

Linda has extensive experience with horses and horse properties which give her an advantage with buyers and sellers of equestrian properties.

Linda lives on a horse farm in Chester County with her husband Michael and their son Matthew along with three horses, and their German Shepherd and Labrador dogs.
