Holly has more than 30 years experience in the real estate profession. She has earned the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation that is held by only 4% of realtors nationwide. Holly has also earned the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designation. She has a wealth of experience in residential, agricultural, and investment property sales and sells a wide range of real estate including condos, single family homes and estates. Holly is particularly experienced in the sale of farms and farm land and has special expertise in selling equine properties and historic homes - many of which are under conservation easement. She also enjoys working with first time home buyers. Holly sells in excess of $25 million annually making her one of the top agents in Prudential Fox & Roach as well as in the top 1% of all Prudential agents nationwide.
Prior to entering the real estate profession, Holly spent six years as the Reading Specialist and Department Chairperson at a local junior high school and holds an undergraduate and graduate degree from West Chester University. Holly is a longtime resident of Chester County and is active in numerous organizations, having served as President of the Upland Country Day School Parents' Association and a member of their Board of Trustees. Holly is a past Treasurer of the Brandywine Hills Point-to-Point Committee and a past member of the Winterthur Point-to-Point Racing Committee. She is a past member of various committees for the Pennsylvania Hunt Cup and the Devon Horse Show.
Holly resides near Unionville, Pennsylvania with her husband and partner, Dick, and has two sons, Stephen, who resides in Europe, and Stewart, who resides in Crested Butte, CO with his wife, Stacey. She is an avid fox hunter, breeds well-mannered Jack Russell terriers and runs a horse boarding business at her Green Ledge Farm.
