Deborah has lived in Chester County for over 20 years, and brings a wealth of knowledge regarding the local area. She is also a world traveler, and additionally has lived in multiple states across the country, providing her a well-balanced perspective on the many types of homes that are attractive to each individual. Additionally, Deborah's experience in home design brings not only a creative eye, but also technical know-how.

With a background in scientific research, Deborah's early career revolved around the study of diabetes and proteins, and educating clients on the operation of multi-million dollar research instrumentation. Deborah then discovered her talents in sales and marketing, which resulted in a record sales career and eventually her founding of a new company in the field of scientific research.

Her ability to grasp technical knowledge is extremely helpful to all transactions. Deborah also brings strong sales, marketing, and negotiating skills that make each transaction successful for all of Deborah's clients whether they are seeking to sell or purchase a home.

Deborah enjoys working together to achieve each individual's goal, and she provides dedicated, honest, and knowledgeable assistance. Educating, listening, and communicating are keys to Deborah's success.

Like all of the Holly Gross Team, Deborah is also an avid horse enthusiast. She grew up riding in England and has continued her love of horses all throughout her life. She has lived in multiple Chester County historic homes, and has a wealth of knowledge for other historic home enthusiasts seeking a beautiful setting in Chester County. Deborah and her husband, James, live along the beautiful Octorara Creek.
